Florian Le Capitaine

Florian is a winemaker with a domain of 6 hectares. His vineyard is entirely located on the first hills of Rochecorbon on clay-limestone soils.
As the son of a wine grower, Florian worked for the family estate for 6 years. Passionate about his terroir, he decided to spread his wings and vinify his own wines. The wines from his domain come from organic vines, no herbicides or insecticides are used. The soil is cultivated mechanically, using plows and knife tools.
