Not too much alcohol, 13 degrees. Residual sugar. It is the fruit rather than the sugar that dominates. Consume chilled as an aperitif. At the end of the meal, a characterful cheese or chocolate can accompany it.

Harvest Manual harvest in baskets and crates with a small capacity. Triple sorting: at the picking, in the row and in the cellar.
