Certified organic Rosé born from the sweetness of Grenache and the elegance of Cinsault.

Terroir Mainly clay-limestone and sandy loam. Altitude from 100 to 450m.

Yield 20 hl/ha.

Manual harvest in baskets and crates with a small capacity. Triple sorting: at the picking, in the row and in the cellar.

Vinification Gravity movements. Low intensity pneumatic press. Temperature regulation.

Aging for 9 months in wood and 316 stainless steel. Bottled on the estate, floral corks.
