The Pinot Noir grapes for this La Principessa were grown in Prinz Salm's rose garden in Bingen.
Classical fermentation in the bottle (Méthode champenoise) with 24 months of yeast storage.
This sparkling wine tastes of cassis and wild berries, rose, elderflower, has a fragrant bouquet with a light brioche note, summery, carefree, makes you long for a second glass, soft perlage.
